Throughout her career, Jane has held several non-executive Director roles in Community Health, Aged Care, Disability and the Arts sectors, so always brings that perspective to the discussion.

Kay is an experienced People and Culture consultant and founder of Konnect HR, with more than 30 years’ HR leadership experience across large multinationals and small-to-medium enterprises, including work in the for-purpose sector.

Over the past seven years, Kay has partnered closely with growing organisations to strengthen leadership capability, design practical people systems and build high-performing teams. She works with executive leaders and managers on workforce planning, organisational design and complex employee matters, bringing both commercial rigour and a steady, solutions-focused approach.
